At LIONHOUND Luxury Travel, our mission is to turn your travel dreams into lifetime memories. We truly enjoy listening to our your vision for dream vacations and learning about your preferred travel style. This step is where we get to know you so we can best assist you through our collaborative planning process. We will set up a phone call to better learn about any special needs or requests, your budget range and any other considerations. Your dream trip takes collaboration, which makes this step crucial to getting started.
At this time, LIONHOUND Luxury Travel will charge a nominal fee to begin the planning process:
$0 for hotel only booking
$175 for hotel research
$550 for full trip planning; 1 destination, up to 10 days, & up to 4 people
*other fees may apply should you choose LIONHOUND Luxury Travel to book your airfare with cash or with airline miles
*for any trips planned after December 1, 2020, canceling your trip due to COVID-19 will result in a $250/person cancellation fee for a highly curated, planned trip and $100 cancellation fee per hotel booking.

DESIGN
This step is when LIONHOUND Luxury Travel gets to work! We apply your wish list items and create a meaningful itinerary for your getaway by using our many travel contacts. We recommend hotels, tours, and activities, and together you and your LIONHOUND Luxury Travel Designer will determine the best combination that will make turn your vision into reality. We understand that for many travelers, the planning and research is part of the fun: LIONHOUND Luxury Travel can be as involved as you'd like in order to create a unique and memorable itinerary.
Your LIONHOUND Luxury Travel Designer is committed to giving you real, honest opinions on hotels, excursions and experiences that you will like best. At LIONHOUND Luxury Travel we do not receive “kick-backs” and you do not incur a higher hotel rate by working with LIONHOUND Luxury Travel. What you will receive are honest suggestions on activities and accommodations that will make sure your trip is perfect for YOU.
CONNECT
Once the destination has been selected and the itinerary is close to being finalized, LIONHOUND Luxury Travel will secure your bookings and reservations. Your LIONHOUND Luxury Travel Designer finalizes special requests, upgrades and amenities that may be offered depending on your destination.

While you are traveling, LIONHOUND Luxury Travel ensures everything is running smoothly behind the scenes and is always available if you have any questions upon arrival (or if you want to send us your latest vacay selfie!). When possible, LIONHOUND Luxury Travel will put you in touch with a local contact who can assist you with any itinerary changes, questions, emergencies, etc.
